Trikshana Tech

Trikshana Tech bridges financial institutions with creditworthy individuals, currently outside the formal credit net because of inadequate assessment and collection mechanisms. This is done through two in-house developed mobile apps: TFINN (for borrowers) and Incento (for on-field agents). These apps, extensively leverage community engagement and app-level metadata, combining the strengths of community-driven microfinance and data-driven fintech. This phygital model reduces customer acquisition costs by nearly half, lowers interest rates and charges by two-thirds, and cuts net NPA to one-third of the competition.
