Trillium Housing is dedicated to investing in the development of entry level ownership housing and to providing innovative financing to enable modest-income families to own their home. Trillium Housing is led by an extraordinary team of housing affordability experts. The team has many years’ experience including real estate finance, non-profit housing development, government, construction management and social innovation. Trillium Housing has a network of established developer partners and has obtained initial commitments to joint venture on the development of over units of entry level housing. Trillium Housing is a non-profit corporation and will manage its funds on a legacy basis and ensure that all of its activities are focused on the creation of housing affordability. In order to finance new housing developments, Trillium Housing Non-Profit Corporation is offering the opportunity to invest in its activities. Investing in Trillium Housing will allow individuals and organizations to contribute to a positive social impact through the creation of entry level housing, and to earn a reasonable rate of return on their investment.
