Trilore Technologies is a foundry which produces high quality aluminum castings using a modified version of the rubber/plaster mold (RPM) process. This hybrid technique produces castings with tighter tolerances, better repeatability, superior surface finish and higher mechanical properties than the standard RPM process. This is on top of the benefits of RPM which includes thin walls and no draft areas. Our process allows the use of common die cast alloys so you can prototype your die cast parts before committing to expensive hard tooling.
