In our Holistic Lifestyle Coaching program, we teach our clients "The 6 Irrefutable Components to Creating a Healthy Lifestyle". These components: Breathing, Hydration, Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep / Repair, and Spirituality are vital to address for an individual to fully reach their potential of increased health and vitality. To truly reach our potential of health and vitality, we must have a healthy musculoskeletal system, nervous system, hormonal system, endocrine system, and optimal nutrition to support our physiology. At Trinity Holistic Health & Training, each one of our clients go through very comprehensive evaluations of the musculoskeletal system, orthopedic test, nutritional analysis, and a myriad of other physiological evaluations to identify various imbalances in your physiology. Our goal is to correct these imbalances to allow the body to return to optimal physiology and bio mechanical function so that our clients can live a healthy lifestyle full of vitality, free of pain, dysfunction and chronic degenerative disease.
