We provide community residential services for children and adults, with an intellectual disability and autism. The accommodation and supports we provide are bespoke to the needs of each individual. The service is built around the person in accordance with our core values of dignity and respect. We employ a strengths based approach, focused on community involvement and integration. We strive to enable those in receipt of support and care to live an independent life; one that is enriched with new opportunities and new learning. Each person we support is encouraged to actively participate in their local communities and play important roles as citizens. Our strengths based model of working, allows for positive experiences and important outcomes to be achieved for each individual at the centre of the process. We support all individuals irrespective of needs, and firmly believe that such needs irrespective of complexity, should not prevent an individual from living life to their fullest potential.
