Trinity Terrace is a not-for-profit Life Plan Community providing exceptional services and a secure, comfortable environment to enrich the lives of senior adults. Located in downtown Fort Worth beside the Trinity River and the cultural district, we offer an extensive range of amenities and services. Our expanding campus boasts fine dining, gardens, a chapel, a convenience store, a library, a 42,860 square foot state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center, and a wide selection of apartment styles, sizes, and floor plans. Our Health & Rehabilitation Center – which encompasses a Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living, Memory Care, an in-house Home Health Agency, and Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy departments – has a five star rating from CMS. In 2015 we received an outstanding 97.4% score from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), the international agency that certifies our industry.
