Here at Trinity Yoga Wellness Center, we pride ourselves on each and every team member's passion for what they do and what they teach. Our team members love what they do and love sharing it with you, and it shows! That spark is part of what keeps people coming back day after day, week after week, year after year. We also pride ourselves on having instructors, counselors, and massage therapists who continually seek to better themselves by learning more about their field, their craft, and their art. We are proud to say we have several trauma-informed yoga instructors trained in iRest meditation and Licensed Mental Health Therapists utilizing Accelerated Resolution Therapy. These alternative modalities are being utilized with veterans and first responders nationwide.
