Three proprietary programs under the Trio-Fit Umbrella 3. Training fitness instructors and giving them a strong foundation on fitness knowledge, etiquettes, grooming, member interaction, and the confidence to sell personal training etc through our foundation courses 4. Conduct Workshops/Seminars on Fitness and Wellness related topics to the Corporate Employees. Setting up of Health Clubs (Gym Equipments) and Health Club Management for Corporate and Health Club Owners. Personal Training and Group Exercise business for Health Clubs. Training for Fitness Professionals. Bring International Master Trainers to India to conduct Workshops. We are currently affiliated with 11 health clubs across Bangalore and have 59 fitness trainers working with us who conduct over 800 group exercise classes on a monthly basis. We offer 23 different fitness programs and are constantly on the look out for new, trendy workouts.
