Triple L Academy (Pty) Ltd was set up in 1998 to assist individuals, organisations, companies and communities realise their full potential by providing innovative learning programmes at all levels. South Africa has the most enlightened legislative framework for Skills Development in the world, predicated on the principles inter alia of Knowledge Management and Lifelong Learning. Triple L Academy assists organizations with applying these principles in a variety of settings and sharing in the planning and execution of an implementation strategy. In recent times, because of the growth in work that has been done within a number of the Sector Education & Training Authorities, the capacity of the company has been expanded significantly. This has been achieved both by sub-contracting and by supporting the creation of a number of SMMEs.
