TLOS is committed to respect, implement, and train personnel on all customer Health, Safety and Environment regulations. Resources will be allocated to assure that all Requirements are complied with. The statement of the HSE Policy is documented, implemented, communicated to all employees and available to interested parties. A Quality Assurance Manual is available. Training and awareness are provided to the management on HSE issues. TLOS shall ensure that operator’s stated performance requirements are achieved and that all services provided are safe and meet agreed quality standards. TLOS objective is to demonstrate to the customer a model of integrated, diversified but complementary drilling services aiming at cost and results Optimization and achieving a mutual win-win situation.
