I help ambitious, overwhelmed professionals slow down their thinking, clarify decisions, and rebuild trust in themselves — using structured problem-solving, practical decision systems, and grounded mindset tools. By day, I’m an HR Experience Manager at Deel, working at the intersection of people, systems, and scale in a global environment. Over the years, I’ve seen how even capable, driven people can lose clarity when pressure becomes constant. Outside of my role, I create content and tools focused on: • Clear thinking & structured decision-making • Mindset for high-functioning but overwhelmed professionals • Practical productivity systems that reduce mental noise Through my YouTube channel, digital resources, and 1:1 sessions, I translate complex ideas — including consulting-style frameworks and cognitive tools — into simple, human strategies people can actually use. My background spans HR leadership, coaching, content creation, and entrepreneurship. Earlier in my life, I also had the opportunity to represent Malaysia as a finalist in Miss Universe Malaysia and Miss Asia Pacific World — an experience that shaped my understanding of identity, performance, and self-trust under pressure.
