Educated to doctoral level, I am a qualified and accredited EMCC Master Executive and Leadership Coach. I have a particular interest in coaching those who want to delve into the psychology of themselves, their thoughts, emotions and behaviours, and the impact on their leadership and performance. I offer this face-to-face at individually agreed locations according to your specific work context, via online video or telephone. A qualified integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, this influences the way I coach, providing a depth of exploration. As a qualified and accredited clinical and coaching supervisor, I support and work with both individuals and groups to help ensure safe, ethical and effective practice. Again, I am available face-to-face, via Skype/Zoom or telephone. A qualified trainer and facilitator, I have been devising and delivering high quality training for over 20 years. I own and deliver an EMCC Global accredited coach training programme, transforming qualified therapists into exceptional coaches. I’m also a consultant, enabling organisations to create high quality coaching services. I have been providing one-to-one support to individuals, leaders and to staff in the public, private and third sector for over 25 years. I have been a board director for several years and achieved national NHS ‘Top Leader’ status. I am a member of one of the leading global professional coaching standards bodies - the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC Global) and I’m one of their accreditation assessors/verifiers. Plus, I'm an accredited and registered member of the professional counselling body, the BACP.
