TRISTAR ENGINEERS & CONSTRUCTION LTD (TECL) has been established as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of Company's Act 1994 to contribute and play a vital role in the real estate sector of Bangladesh. TECL was founded in 1990 by the visionary Civil Engineer Md Nazrul Islam, a brave freedom fighter who hails from the cultural capital of Bangladesh, Kushtia. For the last 35 years, we have focused on diversification and maintaining the highest quality and standard with the motto of “Building Homes For Peace, Happiness, & Comfort”. We are also an active member of Real Estate & Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB). TECL started functioning as a developer with a team of highly experienced Architects, Engineers, and other related professionals with a wide range of experience in real estate service and direction. We are committed to provide high-quality services and we believe in excellence through quality & commitment. TECL uses the highest quality building materials and finishing products to ensure durability and customer satisfaction. Our main concentration has been in the prime and attractive locations all over the country, such as Gulshan, Banasree, Rampura, Badda, Mirpur, Uttara, Gazipur, Bhola, Kushtia and so on with the emphasis being on sound construction and aesthetic design. In addition, we have been one of the few developers in the country to try and provide accommodations suitable for small families while finding scope for development of satellite city in the vicinity of Dhaka. At present, we have 3 apartment building projects ongoing in the most attractive locations, such as South Banasree (Dhaka) and Kushtia with talks going on for undertaking new projects in Uttara, Rajshahi, Kushtia and so on. We have handed over more than 300 units of apartments to our clients over the years.
