Founded by David Neafus in 1994, Triton is a boutique CFO consulting firm that provides hands-on financial, HR, and administrative services to a wide variety of companies/industries and for a wide variety of needs (including part time CFO/Controller services, IPO’s, equity and debt financing, M&A, software implementation, and interim management). Triton offers a full suite of finance, HR, and administrative services including complete finance department outsourcing, office manager services, HR services and recruiting, and facilities. Our approach is to always have a CFO managing each client service relationship and then to staff each company according to its needs (and adjust the staffing as the client company’s needs change over time). Triton serves clients throughout the United States.
