Triuir Innovative Solutions Ltd

At Triuir Innovative Solutions, we have combined experience in delivering best in class service results globally, in such territories as Ireland, UK, South Africa, Holland, India, and The Philippines over the past 10 years, and are recognised as service experts by achieving international awards within the industry. We are passionate about Training and Development with more emphasis on facilitation rather than traditional training methods, of stand and deliver. We utilise a variety of training approaches, designed to test and challenge assumptions. We have a belief that, quite often, our audiences possess all the skills required to perform the role, it is about harnessing their experiences with an understanding that the success of any training program rests on the experience and attitude that the audience brings to each session. We understand that it is behaviour that drives performance, so rather than talk about valued work behaviours, delegates are tasked with demonstration. Our Clients currently include: Eishtec Ireland, EE4G UK, Orange UK, WebHelp South Africa, RightSource South Africa, T-Mobile UK, FAS, FETAC, Towards Healing, Outsourcing Skillnet, BYC South Africa, CCMA Skillnet, Waterford Chamber Skillnet, LITS Skillnet
