Triumph has been providing community based services to North Carolina since We are committed to improving the behavioral health and well-being of children, adolescents, and families throughout our state. Our services cover over 25 counties and serve over consumers each year. We accept Medicaid, NC Health Choice, and those who qualify for state funding.
