Because we believe in transforming education through innovation to build a better future, and in young people as agents of change, at Trix and Trax we develop transformative educational experiences that help young people aged 10-17 to discover and enhance their talents, we reinforce the Values of being ATOPE 100%(Joy, Transparency, Originality, Perseverance, Empathy), we develop the skills of the 21st century, integrating technology to inspire and motivate them to dare to "dream big". Traditional education does not address the development of talents and skills within its curriculum, which is why through the Talent and Skill Program, we integrate ourselves as one more subject, complementing traditional education with the development of Self-confidence, Collaboration, Communication skills, Critical Thinking, Content Creation and Creativity. And why are we the favorite subject? Because we dare to try new things, students will define themselves as protagonists of their own learning. Our methodology focuses on the student, peer education, learning by doing, and role play. We started the Talent and Skill program in 2018, to date we have trained more than 800 young people, given more than hours of mentoring and trained more than 150 teachers. We have inserted our modules in 4 schools, 2 in Venezuela, 1 in the USA, and 1 in Finland. Our goal is to grow and leave our mark on more than children in the next 5 years, replicating our business model with ALLIES ALL OVER THE WORLD.
