Tronxyz Technology Co. Ltd (“Tronxyz”) is domestic company formed under the laws of the State of California, U.S. on August 25, 2014, as a wholly owned subsidiary of its overseas parent company, the Shenzhen Tronxyz Technology Co, Ltd,(the “Parent Company”) which is one of the subsidiary of the SuperD Technology Group, a series of computer vision technology development companies formed in the year since 2004 in Shenzhen, China (“SuperD®”). Tronxyz’s is exploring the potential business opportunities to develop its innovative computer vision technology and AI vision and display application technology in the North America market for its parent company and holding group of Super D Group. Tronxyz is also seeking for potential investment and collaboration opportunities in the domestic markets within the U.S. with potential business partners.
