Prior to founding Troonet Broadband, I gained valuable experience working as a Technical Support Executive at Vertex Delhi and as a Customer Case Representative at Vcustomer. During my tenure, I was promoted to the esteemed Red Hat team and eventually served as a Quality Analyst and Team Leader. In addition to my entrepreneurial ventures, I also dedicated eight years of my career as a Teacher at Gyanoday Niketan School, where I had the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives through education.
