Trophic Education

Trophic Education’s mission is to empower Middle and High School students to find purpose in science through real world experiential education opportunities. With a particular focus on historically underserved and marginalized students, we aim to foster equity in educational opportunities. Through our initiatives, we aspire to bring students into the field to experience science first hand, bridging the gap between academic and practical learning, and empowering students to unlock their potential. We believe in the importance of diversity in Science and that representation and equity are the means to get there. Ultimately, we believe that hands-on education provides the best pathway for students to see themselves as Scientists now and in the future. Trophic’s ultimate goal is for everyone, no matter their race, gender, identity, or socioeconomic status, to feel the transformative power of experiential education.
