Trout Hebrides is a small family business based in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland. We grow trout from egg to full fish, hand filleting, smoking and packing the fish ourselves. By controlling every aspect of the production process we assure only the highest standards and quality of our products. The fish themselves, grown in pristine island waters are lightly smoked to enhance the natural flavours.
