To help the employee we bring curated and exclusive content, products, and services that help the employee in maintaining physical, mental, and financial wellbeing. We also bring to him courses, which can help the employee achieve his aspirations, and content, which can inspire and motivate the employee Engagement - The employer has no way to communicate directly with the last mile and has to go through multiple levels of hierarchy for any communication. To help the employer we’ve created an enterprise solution through our My Work section, as a one-stop solution for any communication the employer wants to have with their employees including but not limited to Rewards and Recognition, which enables the employer to recognize their employees. Insights - The employer has no direct understanding of the wellbeing and status of his employees. Through our innovative features like Happiness Index and Surveys, we help the employer stay in constant touch with the employees.
