Spring machine’s wire capacity is from Ø0.8mm to Ø65.0mm, digital control by 3 axes, 6 axes, 9 axes (with Windows system) and 12 axes and 16 axes (with Intelligent computer control). Spring end grinding machine’s wire capacity is from Ø0.2mm ~ Ø65.0mm; spring length is from 3.0mm ~ 1200mm. All operate by digital controller ( auto compensate system ) that set up with spring manufacture machine for a auto production line. The quality and performance are easy to control and promote efficiency.
