Trudgeon Roberts Ltd is a growing company that provides support for most aspects of Construction Management. This can be delivered in the form of Project Management, Construction Management, Main Contracting and Subcontracting. We can provide support & services from concept stage through to delivery & handover of a project, including construction consultancy, programming, estimating, procurement, design management and construction works. Upon commencement of the project we can provide the full construction management portfolio, fully staffed with both surveying & site management. We are flexible on the terms of the engagement whether this is a construction management agreement, main contract or trade/sub contract. We also provide purely personnel only on a fee related basis. If you have a particarly difficult project, that has little interest from other parties, we may well your best option. We have already successfully completed a rescue project, where the previous main contractor went into administration and would welcome the chance to help and assist you with your own project.
