True Building Performance’s founder and operator, Paul Mendel, is a native of Albany, NY with a construction management degree from nearby HVCC. Having worked several years with the Capital Region’s largest weatherization contractor, he tired of the high pressure sales game and set off on his own. Also a new home builder and realtor, Paul’s goal is to help you make knowledgeable decisions when it comes to your home’s energy efficiency, and his team of Energy Auditors and Insulation Installers are always thorough and neat when completing whatever service you need.
