True North Coaching & Consulting Exists to help people align their values, goals, and priorities - or as I like to call it, along your life to True North. When your life and/or career is misaligned, you feel it: stress, burnout, and probably a peptic ulcer or two. On the life & career coaching side of things, we will work through systems, cycles, and expectations to find your values and priorities, and align your life to match. This type of authentic living makes every day just a little bit better (and hopefully with less heartburn!). In addition to life & career coaching, I offer business consulting for small-to-medium businesses. My educational background and work experience combine to let me view your business from lots of angles to give fresh ideas (or structure the wild ideas you already have!)
