Since 1985 the broker owner of True Value Properties has been representing buyers and sellers, helping them to achieve their goals in residential and commercial property transactions in Massachusetts. TVP has always been true to the belief that buyers and sellers deserve the same protection and representation. That's why I will only represent one client side on any transaction. I am committed to doing the right thing for my clients, both professionally and ethically. I am a life time residents of Massachusetts have been living on Cape Cod for past 18 years having built my brokerage business using individual and personalized service providing my clients with the special attention one expects of a dedicated professional. I know that every transaction can represent the most important purchase a person will make. I take every precaution to ensure that communication is flawless with all the parties involved from beginning to end. I have a wealth of real estate knowledge and expertise, negotiating skills and attention to detail is the foundation of my business. Many years of new construction project management experience being the point man between the sub- contractors, builder and the client seeing that the construction process is on time and on budget. I understand that buying or selling a property can be a stressful and time consuming event. My goal is to take as much of the stress out of the process as possible by addressing potential issues before they actually materialize.
