In the Cloud Technologies is primarily an Information Technology (IT) Services company working in the technology industry for a variety of vertical markets. More specifically, we are known as a Cloud Services Provider (CSP), offering Tier 3 Technical Support, Integration and Professional Services. We operate as a Certified Microsoft Partner, and aspire to focus on Unified Communications platforms, through Microsoft Teams Integrations, which includes Cloud Based Telephony, Network Architecture Design and Discovery, Technology Roadmapping, and Teams Rooms (On-site Videoconferencing Rooms for Hybrid and Remote Workers) design and implementation. We are different from a Managed Services Company (MSP), in the sense that an MSP traditionally handles lower-level Tier 1 and Tier 2 support items. We make ourselves available as a resource to MSP’s, which allows us to work under their name, and provide immediate technical support escalation to their clients, as necessary. We also offer Augmented IT Services, where we go into a company, reorganize their existing staff and resources, strategize and execute the remaining work, filling in gaps as necessary. As a CSP, we are actively involved in all three Cloud Service sectors, both public and private. We consider ourselves primarily Software as a Service (SaaS) providers and implementation engineers, as well as Microsoft Teams, Cloud Consulting and Integration specialists. We do actively seek Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) projects as well, but find SaaS to be in highest demand in the Boston, New Hampshire and Las Vegas areas.
