TruGym in Chatham Dockside is a modern gym with premium machines and an affordable price tag. The free-weights area includes dumbbells up to 50kgs, machinery, and kits from brands such as Hammer Strength and Life Fitness. The equipment list is suitable for beginners through to advanced training with an Olympic lifting platform, three squat racks and a deadlift platform in-house. Structured classes take place in the studios, including a dedicated spin studio. Classes are designed for all fitness levels. Membership includes access to all 50 weekly classes such as Les Mills workouts, Zumba, truPump, spin, yoga, truCombat, truCircuits and more. After work-out facilities include men's and ladies changing rooms with dedicated saunas, a shake bar stocked with a range of high protein products. For customers convenience, free parking is also available beneath the building.
