We are a artisanal food producer of gourmet biscotti, candied nuts, cakes, brittles and caramels. Our slogan is Mindfully Delicious as our ethical standards are top of mind while we do business. We use all natural ingredients, most of which are also organic. We buy eggs and butter from suppliers that practice humane farming techniques and the animals are free range. We source ingredients locally, when possible such as Michigan dried cherries, apples and blueberries. Imported ingredients are from fair trade sources that practice sustainable farming. Most of our packaging is made of recycled materials and is recyclable and/or compostable. Virtually all of our packaging is made in the USA.
