In fact, on average our time to complete the liquidation of all personal property and real property from within an estate is three months. We handle all of the minutia so that you don’t have to, and we eliminate the stress our clients would otherwise experience in attempting to navigate the process on their own. We are Licensed Realtors, adhering to the highest code of ethics and standards of practice, and also seasoned real estate investors, bringing a distinctive blend of expertise to the table. Amy Presley brings extensive zoning and land use expertise rooted in eight years of service as a Commissioner on the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission. She also has a significant background in marketing and strategic planning. Andy brings more than two decades of sales and executive level management experience, and he carries an Auctioneer’s Certification specializing in real estate. Our distinctive business model is underpinned by our team of carefully vetted alliance partners encompassing all of the disciplines necessary to maintain a cohesive estate liquidation process. Together, we synchronize everything from certified appraisals, sorting, packing, distribution, moving, sale, donation, and disposal of personal property, to repairs, final clean out, and sale of the real property. And, we don’t accept referral fees from our alliance partners – ensuring an unbiased approach in the selection of who will best fit each client’s estate liquidation needs. Most importantly, we determine the best method of sale to ensure each client receives the highest price possible for their real property, relative to the condition of the property and their specific situation.
