TrustElevate is a Child Verification and Parental Consent Provider that securely verifies the age or identity of users under the age of 16 so that businesses operate in compliance with regulation, enable digital parenting, build consumer trust, serve age-appropriate content, limit sexual contact between children and adults, and respect children’s rights. Founded by Dr. Rachel O’Connell in 2025, TrustElevate aims to make the online world safer for children by protecting them from harmful content and unwanted contact, while also ensuring their privacy and giving them the freedom to participate in the digital age. TrustElevate enables parents to know which apps their child is accessing, so they can open lines of communications with their child about their use of the app, decide on which data processors can process their child's data, approve or not a child's purchases. Working in partnership with BT and the UK government, TrustElevate became the first company in the world to successfully offer an age-verification solution to enable a child’s age and a parent or guardian’s assertion of parental responsibility to be securely and quickly confirmed on behalf of apps and platforms via their Telco using secure tokens.
