TrustWorks supports public and private entities to: • Elaborate tailored conflict-specific policies and governance processes for managing company presence in CAHRAs, including company-specific prioritisation and road maps. • Undertake comprehensive contextual risk monitoring, forecasting and scenario-planning at global, regional, national and local levels. • Conduct conflict-specific (human rights, IHL, hHRDD, conflict-sensitivity) due diligence assessments on the ground in all CAHRAs. • Develop in-country road maps for risk mitigation and impact maximisation at the local level. • Enable operationalisation – at HQ and in-country - through training, facilitation, mediation, mentoring and accompaniment. • Advise boards, committees and cross-functional representatives on conflict-specific (legal, reputational, operational) risk management, crisis response and shareholder/stakeholder communications.
