After 25 years in Marketing with some of Australia's largest companies, 3 years ago I started Truth Coaching. Why? I was introduced to a Life Coach and over 6 months I found new clarity, purpose and new goals for both my Career and Personal Life. I think CLARITY is a good word. Coaching is not about having problems that need fixing, it is really for looking forward, and for identifying Direction & Goals and finding new strategies to help you get there. We work with Small Business Owners who seek clarity for their business direction & goals & to define a competitive advantage for their business. Individuals who may be seeking a career change. People searching for "something more" in their work or personal life. Business Owners and Managers who want to improve their work effectiveness and that of their staff. My priority is to help people achieve their Work and/or Personal goals, and be happy more often. As simple as that. Coaching will help you to move forward positively in the areas of your life where you seek change. We help give you the confidence and ability to break down the barriers that may stand in the way of you making this change from happening. We seek to create the ideal environment for positive action to take place and take a holistic approach, which looks at the present and sets goals for a successful future.
