Using Ericksonian-style hypnosis, I facilitate modification of behavior. Hypnosis allows access to determining factors in the subconscious (unconscious) mind. Without this facilitation, these factors remain inaccessible to an individual’s ordinary consciousness, preventing them from making the necessary adjustment on their own that would permit them to make changes such as stopping smoking, losing weight, getting to sleep on time, improving relationships, dealing with unreasonable fears, and so on. This facilitation has been shown to be effective for a broad range conditions including use as an adjunct to medical treatment. See the Mayo Clinic report (Mayo Clin. In addition to hypnosis I also practice Reconnective Healing®, an energy healing modality similar to Reiki, that has brought relief to a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual conditions.
