This application with a more intuitive and streamlined interface is now available for you as a SAS (Software as Service) solution and as a real Cloud solution. It includes all the functions of small and medium administrations that manage rental buildings, isolated lots and PPE. The solution has no options and has all the necessary tools from the outset, including accounts payable, electronic payments, technical management of work orders, maintenance history, a correspondence tool and the tools needed to manage properties by floor. Thanks to the latest web technologies, all you need is an internet connection and a browser such as Google Chrome to log into your account at any time and from anywhere. No installation on your hardware is required, no matter what hardware or operating system you use: tablets, PC, Mac and even your phone are now directly ready to use!
