We have the expertise to partner with our Clients in order to negotiate a scheme to enable an early appointment to impart our knowledge and experience by offering pre construction budgets, logistical and practical advice to ensure the right scheme is designed, procured and constructed. We are also able to tender works under any form of contract, from small works with an informal contractual arrangement to design and build, two stage fixed price lump sum and construction management.
