Fighting unemployment is an urgent political, social and economic imperative. We hold the view that capacitating young talent and supporting entrepreneurs in building sustainable SMEs is the best, long-term sustainable way to do this. We partner with corporate, public, and philanthropic organisations that share a vision of investing in impactful interventions that support job creation and economic growth in all South African communities. Corporates wishing to upskill their staff, participate in learnerships or diversify their supplier chain can partner with the TSIBA Ignition Academy for Skills Development delivery and managing of bespoke Entrepreneurial Support Programmes.
