Law firm specialized in Real Estate, Urban and Agrarian Law with emphasis in the advisory and litigation spheres. TSJP was founded by Marcus Travaglini, Rámilton Sacamoto, Luiz Pardell and Tato Jacopetti in 2018 in response to large firms not being able to adequately interact and attend with more care for their clients. The goals of the founding partners were to provide clients with exceptional “big firm” results for a reasonable “small firm” price. After working for many years in a well known law firm in Brazil we noticed that the amount of offices and exorbitant charge-out rates were things that scared potential clients of even having a chance to talk to us. So in 2018 we left our firm, and opened TSJP, where our objective is to put the client interest above the firms interest, where we are available to attend and deliver what the client wants to receive, results. Without hiding the outcome or the prognosis. Being a “small firm”, makes us have more interaction with client files, closer contact with the clients, and that makes us able to make more decisions and have more autonomy and responsibility towads our customers.
