TSolution is a dynamic Belgian based company with a clear goal to find “The” solution to its customers need. In providing this solution, it is our aim is to play an important role in the implementation hereof, ensuring “The” solution is a real one. Solutions are provided in different domains: 1. Management Solutions 2. Aviation Solutions 3. Technological Solutions Within each of these domains, extensive know-how and experience is available within the company. Management solutions are provided within the domains of strategic development, change management, Business Process Re-engineering, coaching, training, project/program management and communication. This ranging from external support to full interim management solutions, including crisis management. From the aviation side, airport operations, strategy, marketing and aero-political solutions can be provided. Solutions in these domains are of benefit to airport operators, legislators, Air Traffic Service providers, handlers and other parties active at or in the vicinity of an airport. Withing the Technological Solutions, drones are the hottest topic of the last years, and with good reason. “The” drone solution can offer game-changing opportunities. Two challenges need to be met :(1) the identification, adaptation and implementation of the most efficient drone-solution and (2) the mitigation of the inherent risks. From a technological, operational and legislative point of view, many aspects need to be considered. A drone remains an aircraft and hence subject to laws (legislative or physics based), having to share the airspace with other users and with the ability cause serious (bodily) harm.
