TTed Solutions is an engineer-led compressed air controls and energy engineering company. Our roots trace back to the original SAV-AIR initiative and the innovations that followed at Pneu-Logic—where real-time data, verified savings, and intelligent compressor control became the standard. We design and deploy open-architecture, Allen-Bradley PLC–based control systems that turn compressed air from a cost center into a controllable, data-driven utility. Our modular product line scales from smaller compressor rooms to enterprise systems: T4 (up to 4 compressors), T8 (up to 8), and T20 (up to 20 compressors plus dryers/ancillary equipment). Founded by engineers Michael (Dusty) Smith, P.E. and Eric Bessey, P.E, TTed delivers open-architecture compressed air control systems with measurable plant results. Smith (CEO) leads execution, operations, and customer success. Bessey (President) leads product and system architecture, controls software, and commissioning. From DOE AIRMaster+/ Utility aligned assessments to supervisory control, multi-zone management, and utility incentive support, we help industrial sites stabilize pressure, reduce energy waste, and make performance measurable.
