Our firm handles matters ranging from workers' compensation defense to liability defense to general employment matters before agencies such as the Maine Human Rights Commission and the Department of Labor. Tucker Law Group’s experienced attorneys are all admitted to both the State and Federal Bars in Maine and are members of the Defense Research Institute, the Penobscot County Bar Association, and the Tri-State Defense Lawyers Association. In addition, one of our attorneys is also licensed in New Hampshire.
