Tucson Postpartum Depression Coalition Founded in 2005, Tucson Postpartum Depression Coalition (TPDC) is a non-profit, charitable organization committed to improving the lives of mothers by promoting the emotional health of pregnant and postpartum mothers in Pima County. The coalition was formed to focus the efforts of dedicated healthcare professionals on the development and delivery of comprehensive services to women with perinatal mood disorders. The Coalition is comprised of healthcare professionals serving pregnant and postpartum women in Pima County. Coalition members represent major hospitals and clinics that serve diverse populations throughout Pima County. General members attend quarterly meetings and board members meet periodically. TPDC achieves its mission through education for women, their families and their providers, referrals to psychotherapeutic support, and advocacy for public policy.
