Turant

The Turkish American Association of Northern Texas (TURANT) is a Non Profit 501 C3, Non Partisan organization founded in 1975 to promote better understanding and relations between American and Turkish-speaking people through social, educational, cultural and charitable activities. TURANT's goal is to increase, promote, and foster friendship while raising public knowledge and understanding of Turkish culture and history in the community. In many of its activities TURANT works in cooperation with national Turkish-American Organizations.
