Turn Prop was born with one simple mission: Make land ownership affordable and attainable for everyone. Our founder Jamie – started out working in finance degree, then turned into sales, and now turned into a real-estate entrepreneur – found an opportunity to buy wholesale deals on land and pass through those savings. We realized early on that there are many great folks who cannot get the proper funding to purchase a piece of property of their dreams. Thus, we have adopted a business model of rent-to-own to help serve that market. The mission is simple. Our values are to compete for the best prices possible for our future customers, have the best customer service experience possible, and continually educate ourselves on the best opportunities out there to improve all aspects of our business.
