Turncircles is a startup company that specializes in developing custom electric motor technologies that provide a superior power-to-weight ratio for small to medium-sized applications in robotics, drones UAV/Pseudo-Satellite propulsion, E-Bikes, and electric powered tools as well as other electronic systems. Turncircles also designs and manufactures alternators and electrical generators for combustion engines as well as wind turbines. Technological progress is defined by many things and in many cases you will find product improvements defined by being smaller, lighter and more powerful. These are the characteristics that Turncircles is focusing on for advancing electric motor technology. Turncircles motor design is scalable, stackable and based on a parametric model that helps us provide shorter development lead times while fulfilling a wide array of performance characteristics that can be quickly adapted for different applications ranging in power from approximately 100 W to 50 kW. The motor designs are also simplistic, making it easy to assemble and repair. It also has a higher level of reliability with less potential failure modes than conventional electric motors.
