We aren't your typical estate agent because our clients aren't typical home movers. Many have lived in their current home for over 30 years. We are purpose-driven and people-centric. Transparent in our processes, honest in our advice and empathetic in our approach. We work with older home owners and their families to navigate the emotional, practical and financial uniqueness of a move in later life. We understand that even considering a move in later life can be challenging, both for older movers and their families. Selling a much loved family home, full of memories and a lifetime's possessions, can be both emotionally and logistically daunting. We also know that moving to a new home, perhaps in a more favourable location or with a more suitable layout, often results in an improved quality of life and enjoyment for our clients. By reimagining the role of an estate agent as a consultant to the whole moving journey we demystify the moving process and empower clients to make informed decisions that are right for them. We are SOLLA affiliates, are recognised on the Equity Release Council website and actively partner with others supporting those in later life. Our purpose at Turners Oak is to make lives better - for our clients, our people and our community.
