Gymnastics is a sport in which strength, flexibility, speed, coordination, balance and elegance come to the fore. All these characteristics are of great importance in sport. Some devices and elements demand a lot from certain characteristics, such as the ladies' beam, in which elegance and balance are strongly emphasized. But in any case, all features are required on all devices and can complement each other strongly. Flexibility, can reduce the risk of injury. Strength makes many elements easier. Exercises are also less difficult, gymnastics is a very intensive sport: a power explosion and then resting. After a short exercise a participant is usually already very tired. We offer our lessons in gyms and sports halls. Accommodations designed to accommodate a variety of sports, usually built for physical education in schools. This means that the halls must be left empty and devices must therefore be built up before each training session and then dismantled. A time-consuming and strenuous job. For some sports we have a special accommodation, the gymnastics hall. This gym is mainly used by the acrogymnasts and trampoline disciplines.
