Hello. My name is John "TurtleMode" Svetlik, Owner/Operator of TurtleModeFPV. This is a small family operated **E-Commerce Only** business with no physical store locations based on my personal passion for drone racing and love for hands on creative design. Standing in my kitchen at the end of 2019 watching FPV YouTube on a phone I asked myself the serious question. What is stopping me from learning to fly? For me, the answer to that question was nothing other than the fear of trying something new and I was on my way to becoming a drone racer. Woot Woot.(Lots of crashes later lol). By 2022 as a more established racer I decided to put my professional background in Advanced Manufacturing, Automation & Design to use prototyping a 7" Open Source Spec Frame.(#Pro F@#$%^ & * Welder ). The HeavyMetal - 7" Spec Racing Frame was born. One day watching YouTube in my kitchen I asked myself the serious question: What is stopping me from bringing this frame to market now that all the heavy design work is done? And the answer to that question for me was. Well here we are lol. As a MultiGP pilot I spend countless hours on track striving for the perfect lap time. The same time, effort & dedication goes into making products racers love @ TurtleModeFPV.
