Bonded, screened, and highly trained Handymen will be assigned to a limited number of buildings (based on demand) for the specific purpose of providing handyman services for the tenants. Each handyman will support enough buildings to occupy them on a full–time basis with the ability to respond to tenants' requests quickly. The fee for on–site handyman services will range, based on market conditions and geographic location. Tusmo Home Care Service also will create relationships with third–party vendors, such as plumbers, electricians, computer technicians, home theater experts, and others. All outside vendors will be pre-screened for their professionalism and expertise. When additional services are needed, Tusmo Home care Service will schedule and oversee that work for an incremental fee. Additionally, Tusmo Home care Service will create the "Making It Easier Line" of specialized tenant services.
